Chimscan video inspection of masonry chimney from the fireplace up. The video shows missing and eroded masonry at the joints bewteen terracotta type chimney clue blocks in two locations. These gaps will result in a reduced draft of the fireplace and may lead to downdrafting conditions in certain circumstances. I recommend budget on repairs to eliminate all gaps where masonry material is missing.
