Princess Cruises Food Lunch Buffet on Majestic Princess 200+ Items (4K)

- It was a delight dining at the World Marketplace buffet restaurant aboard the Princess Cruises Majestic Princess (盛世公主号) cruise ship for lunch. All items are complimentary, including a nice all you can eat seafood buffet that included raw oysters, mussels and shrimp. We also shared some of our opinions of the food vlog style. And of course, one thing that is terrific and unique about Princess Cruises at their buffet restaurant is that crew members come to take your drinks order (water, tea, coffee, etc) and bring to you.
Some of the best items we tasted included:

* Crawfish Seafood Salad
* Sauteed Black Mussels with Tomato, Onion & Garlic
* Vanilla Mille Feuille
* Roasted Chicago Beef Round
* Pretzels & Sausages from German/Bavarian Theme Day
* Fried Calamari
* Buddha Vegetarian
* Raw Oysters
* Roasted Herb Tri-Tip Sirloin Beef

Just booked an Alaska cruise on the Majestic Princess for this coming September. It will be my first cruise since the shutdown. Never cruised with Princess before, so I'm excited to try it. My first cruise was with Royal to the Western Caribbean, and it was amazing. People kept telling me I need to try Princess as well. I cannot wait!
Thank you for the video but especially the food labels. I wasn’t familiar with most of the dishes but the labels had me wanting to try things I wasn’t able to visually recognize.

My grandma’s exercise is walking the entire length of the ship after a buffet. Then, she eats again. Haha. This was before the pandemic when she sailed throughout. She’s not my real grandma. She’s my grandma’s close friend. Anyways, she loved the cruises.

was there fast food such as burgers and pizza in the buffet?
Nope- but you can get burgers/hot dogs right outside the buffet at the grill, and pizza at Alfredo's Pizzeria.

They obviously have a good pastry chef, the rest looks like buffet food from anywhere, USA.
I always wipe my left hand after touching any handles. Too much germs.
Yeah clean hands are super important, especially at a cruise ship buffet!
So much sickness could be avoided if EVERYBODY washed their hands thoroughly before even walking into the buffet. I always walk to the nearest washroom and wash my hands right after I've gotten my food to my table.

Does Princess cater specifically to Asian customers?
This was from a cruise in Asia so it did have more Asian food. I think Princess tries to cater to all tastes like most cruise lines.

It too many things look appetizing. Years ago the buffets were so much better
WOW the last 6 yrs ago, variable food n looks delicious, but now they cut it off a lot of food, like pizza, you have to pay… so sad

Yeah this cruise ship is actually tailored for China, but we went on it when it offered cruises to guests from English speaking countries in March. I think they will do the same later this year as well.

Yup I heard that as well. The tips were $13.50 per person a day.
