Simply remove the top cap from the handle to expose the nut holding the handle to the stem and unscrew the nut. The ball valve will disassemble from there.
@@PoweredbyVeloci yes thats what i did. It must really be rusted in there, because its not budging. I even put it in my vice and tried to loosen it up with a dead blow hammer and pry it up but no success and I used PB blaster soaked it all night still stuck on there lol...
