Hey, what have you specially done to meet the Colonel? I'm trying to get the story quests of the NCR but I can't talk to her. I've done a lot of NCR quests and they like me already but something is still missing to activate those dialogues. :/ Could you tell me, what you have done before the meeting? I would really appreciate it if you could help me. :)
+viktorx5 After you get the memo on the stip to talk to Crocker, go talk to him, the ambassador for the NCR on the strip, he'll have a quest chain, the end of which will send you to the dam.
