    @niki Evans, it's probably like a college or university so you have to graduate high school with a diploma to go there...

    It look nice that is true there is more time work in food as highschool it about 50% cooking and 50 % textbook. It very interest your french cuisine as am diahwasher for a french restaurant in ontario canada but know you do online course. I just more storage on my phone to do that online course.

    By the time I was the age of these students I was a pastry chef with 5 yrs experience and didn't pay a penny tuition. But I did what they would not do.
    I started as a dishwasher.
    So they pay through the nose and have no professional training at the end.
    Most of them will drift into other lines of work.

      The course ends with a twelve-week externship, so yes, they will get experience in a real work setting.

    Those chocolates looked like mass produced shells. Go to the french pastry school instead.

    Those uniforms are not flattering the student's physique. Attendance will increase if your chefs look sharp. Jackets should be white and form fitting to exude an aura of excellence.

      I do agree with you to some extent Caoimhin. However I think that the colour of those jackets is not the important thing in this video. It is a school and so the jackets are set to suit the schools uniform. The "white jacket" theory is highly over rated and although they do look nice and sharp, it is not the jacket that sells the chef, it is the chef's skills and performance in the kitchen. The leaders of the culinary world should have more of an open mind..

      Why are you worried about clothes? You're not eating them you're eating the food .

      @MommaBear92 7 лет назад +1

      wwe creative I'm not the one that's worried, the person who posted this video made a comment on the uniforms and i just said what i felt. Being a chef and all.
