For the past 2-3 years Nitish Rana was showing 0 signs of improvement. He never had a very bombastic season and only played under the shadow of Venky, Rinku, Tripathi, Gill, etc. with the emergence of Raghuvanshi and improvements in Rinku's bowling, there is no requirement for Nitish Rana now. KKR didn't even feel his absence last time. It was evident then that Rana-KKR story is over for good now.
It might be a very unpopular suggestion, but Sunil Narine could be an excellent captain. His calmness is a great quality to be captain, and his game sense is excellent. I don't know the reason, no one considers him as a captain till now, is this a racial issue, I don't know, but he deserves it and if he gets it he will deliver for sure.

He never had a very bombastic season and only played under the shadow of Venky, Rinku, Tripathi, Gill, etc. with the emergence of Raghuvanshi and improvements in Rinku's bowling, there is no requirement for Nitish Rana now. KKR didn't even feel his absence last time. It was evident then that Rana-KKR story is over for good now.

It might be a very unpopular suggestion, but Sunil Narine could be an excellent captain. His calmness is a great quality to be captain, and his game sense is excellent. I don't know the reason, no one considers him as a captain till now, is this a racial issue, I don't know, but he deserves it and if he gets it he will deliver for sure.
