Jenn is glowing in this video. Just looking into her eyes I can see that she is strong and she is ready to take on whatever comes her way. You’ll be an amazing mother Jenn. We have faith in you!!! 🤍
Seeing Jenn grow so gracefully, both physically & emotionally throughout her pregnancy really confirms my theory that she was MEANT to be a mother & an amazing one at that 🤌🏼
"The luxury of getting older" hits me so hard right now. I'm currently undergoing treatment for my cancer and it has been a really difficult time. I can't relate to pregnancy but I'm gaining weight. Your video came at a great time and it's a great reminder for me to just accept myself and focus on the present. ❤ Thanks Jenn 💖 Wishing you all the best in your journey ahead! 💫
I think it says a lot when even random strangers on the internet tell you that you're going to be a great mom😁 Keep being the way you are; you're such a ray of sunshine😊
There’s really no directions on how to take care of a child. I feel like you just learn as you go because I have 3 little ones (6 yrs old, 3 yrs old, and 1 years old). They are all very different and have their own personalities, and I learn new things from each child.
“If we have the luxury to get older” for real! That’s how I see things a lot now. The ability to grow older is definitely a privilege so many people overlook.
It’s so nice to catch up with you. We all can see how you’ve changed and grown in your vlogs and I am so excited for your new chapter in life. Your kid is so lucky to have a mother who is prepared to welcome a new life to the world not only materialistically but also mentally. Bless 💕💓
I’m pregnant too and was having a hard day today. Seeing that you posted a video instantly perked me up and watching this makes me feel so much better. You are so sweet and inspiring. You put me back on the right track. Thank you so much. ❤️
The thought of getting pregnant and raising a child scares me to death and I honestly don't know when I'll ever be ready for it but this video was wholesome and made me feel like when the time comes, I hope I can be as calm and collected as you are!
I love how vulnerable and honest during your pregnancy. I know it’s different for everyone, but seeing how you really feel abt it is relatable. I always see how happy and joyful some women are when they get pregnant, but I don’t know if I’d be the same way. watching you grow into it and share your growth is so beautiful! so excited for your next journey! 🤍
I can already tell you and Ben are going to be great parents; you both seem so nurturing, empathetic and compassionate towards yourselves and other people 💕
So excited for you Jenn! Been noticing that you've been uploading a ton lately and hope you're not overworking yourself! It's totally understandable if you need to take a break during your pregnancy 💕 Hope you're not feeling burnt out or anything lately
Hi, Jenn! I just want to tell you how inspiring you are. I am at my 5th week of pregnancy right now, and I still feel shocked and still in disbelieve that I will become a mother. There's so much fear and concern about this new chapter, just like when you started your pregnancy journey. I feel that we are so much alike. Introverts, planners, afraid to be parents, etc. Watching your videos, I don't feel alone. I feel reassured and comforted by your story and your words. Every time I feel worried, I always turn to your videos. Thank you so much for sharing your life with me. I feel like I have a friend who will always be there to tell me that everything is gonna be ok. Thank you, Jenn! I'm hoping all the best for you and your family!
There's something so soothing about hear Jenn talk, even if it's on topics that are more vulnerable. She literally makes me come to peace with my own self and body.
Jenn, I really resonate with your self development journey. I’m not married and I don’t even really plan on having kids but I keep seeing unhealthy patterns in my family and thinking, “ I need to deal with now, I don’t want to pass this on.” I guess I want to say keep at it girl, we’re in this with you.
Love the pregnancy content! As someone who's been watching your videos since the UC Davis days, it's so comforting watching your journey into adulthood and motherhood, especially being an expectant mother myself :) Any advice on how to choose baby items or can you do a must-haves list? There are just so many choices for cribs, car seats, strollers, etc. It's maddening 😱
Aww thank you for sticking around this long. So nuts that we're both in this chapter in our lives. Also... I'm struggling with choosing baby items too. It's soooo overwhelming. T___T
Jen, you should be so proud of how much you've grown during your pregnancy journey! I remember watching your vlogs in the beginning and you were so nervous and anxious (which is obviously very normal) about pregnancy, but now look at you! You're so confident, brave, and strong. So happy for you!
I remember in a video yearsss back you mentioned to that you ‘always look forward when you’re walking in the street’ and I’ve done it ever since. People even walk out your way because you look like you’re on a mission so you avoid the awkward dance situation
The closeness with your mom is magical and the support from random strangers is so affirming! As a daughter and a mom as long as you love your child unconditionally everything else will work out. Yes our kids will not like something about the way they were raised... but didn't we also? As long as they grow up knowing that they're surrounded by love everything else they can deal with in therapy, just like we are doing! ;) Love to you and your family!
So amazing to hear the growth that you’ve made around your body image!! That pep talk was so amazing and I hope so many people start practicing more self-compassion around their body! Like yesss!! The only constant about our body is that it will change, and yesss!! The privilege of getting older!!!
I love the baby moving. Its a sureal feeling. Also I'm due in September as well and was scared about the birth part but some how you made me change my mind when you said about the right of passage. Good luck with this trimester.
Jenn, I love your authenticity in every video like this one! Idk why but even if I’m not relatable to you as in I’m not pregnant, I feel inspired and reassured and after watching your videos I feel very content in my heart. So thank you Jenn and you are going to be a great mum!!❤️❤️ sending lots of love from Toronto! I love you so much
You have such a good mindset Jenn! I love how positive you're being. I'll definitely have to watch this video again when I'm pregnant in the future!💛💛💛
I'm so excited for you both. No doubt parenthood will bring out the shadow work. And that's where you can challenge yourself to break any cycles you don't want to repeat 🙌 We got this, you got this. I srsly wish I heard your perspective when I was preggo. I love your humble delivery of being pregnant.
aaa i admire the growth from when you first found out you were pregnant to now so much! you're glowing and seeing you throughout this pregnancy has somehow been like a reassurance for me as well to not worry as much as i am now about being pregnant. i know you're gonna be an amazing mama! wishing you all the best and sending you and ben all the love
Love the comfort of this one on one chat! I was thinking about exactly what you said near the end, that when you have a child you really gotta start working on whatever bad habits you may have because I'm so worried all my issues will transfer onto my kid. Keep it up you're gonna be amazing
I'm not expecting but I want to say thank you for your realness, transparency, and depth of your sharing on this topic! You sound like you've put a lot of thought into planning for the future while finding ways to help you enjoy the present! It's refreshing to hear such a genuine perspective. Congrats and wish you a happy and safe delivery!
As someone with a toddler and currently 6 weeks along with #2, sounds like pregnancy has been really good for you Jenn (aside from the initial mental hurdle). Much of what you've shared in this video I can relate to. You're absolutely right in giving yourself grace and slowing down, focusing on more quality relationships. You're creating a human, it's kind of a big deal! There will be plenty of time to get back to socializing and mommy groups or whatever in the future. I remember going to a birthing class the month before I was due and was a little traumatized by the physical aspect of giving birth but it wasn't as bad as I expected, especially after the medication. Just remember during your "baby blues" time that it is just a temporary period of struggle, it really does get easier (or maybe different, not exactly "easier"). For me, around the 4th month when my kiddo started interacting with me more and I could finally get a full night's rest (the sleep makes a HUGE difference). You've got an amazing support system, you'll be good
Pregnant ladies you are amazing. Your weight gain is the least interesting about you. You are carrying a life inside of you, you are literally the vessel of life. That is amazing.
When it comes to pregnancy and motherhood, ease up on the research. Lean into your feminine energy. From the brain into the body, the thinking to the feeling.
Me having 3 year old girl, thinking you and your baby are healthy, then that is a really only thing you need in the life. Pregnancy and giving a birth are such a combination of so many miracles which I think we always need to be reminded of. I’m so happy for you in the new chapter of life, Jenn and always sending love to you from Japan!
I’ve been watching you since 2012 and is a fellow Virgo as well so felt I could relate to you on a lot topics (why I continue to watch you). I’m 25 and just like you scared of being pregnant but want to have a child one day. Watching you have those same feelings but learning to adapt in a positive way has given me reassurance that I can do it, even if I’m scared. Thank you for always sharing your journey! It’s comforting to know I’m not alone in how I feel.
✨Jenn✨ I want to let you know that you and Ben are going to be a great parents. The child will receive a lot of love and grow up in a warm household. Don’t be too critical of yourself and breathe a little, everything’s gonna be alright 💖
You are the most inspiring and kindest person I've ever followed on RUclips. I wish you all the best things in life. Thank you for the amazing content you create. You've taught me personally a lot. And I'm just grateful for having the opportunity to watch your videos.
Postpartum depression hit me pretty hard. I had a winter baby and tend to feel more down in the winter months. I was having constant anxiety that I wasn’t breast feeding my child enough and I wouldn’t be a good mother. He was colicky and hard to please. I would randomly break down and cry all times of the day. I finally saw a therapist and she recommended anti-depressants. I took it for a few days and stopped because my anxiety got in the way again and I was afraid that the chemicals from the anti-depressants in my breast milk would adversely affect my baby. I was also shy about breast feeding in public so I isolated myself at home. After a few weeks of struggling I finally decided that I wasn’t going to let my fear of people judging me for breastfeeding get in the way and I packed up the stroller and found a walking trail around the city and made a point to walk every single day for an hour with the baby and breast feed in the car. It made things better. Then I joined a friend group with other moms where I felt understood and validated. My point is that even though I am an introverted homebody, forcing myself to go out and get fresh air and exercise and socialize once a week with mom friends is one way I was able to naturally cope with postpartum depression
When I knew I was about to undergo a medical procedure that would involve high levels of pain, I mentally prepped myself for a week and constantly repeated this mantra I made whenever I would get bouts of anxiety: "Pain is pain, but you can handle it anyway." And I don't know if it's because of the repetition but when the procedure came, I was surprised to find the pain to be pretty tolerable! PS. Every pregnancy vlog you put out just reinforces my strong feeling that you're going to be such a good momma. Sending love all the way from the Philippines ❤️
Jenn, you’re so positive and uplifting! I had my first baby and I had zero idea how long it actually takes someone to feel “normal”. Definitely took me a year to feel like myself again. Wishing you well!
I 100% agree with you on the 'alcohol detox' (lol). I'm currently 10 weeks and I remember at 6 weeks I cried just thinking how much more in tuned I am with myself and my emotions now that I'm no longer drinking. Pregnancy in itself is a beautiful thing, but my god, what a blessing this journey continues to be. Sending you love!
Hi, Jenn. So happy seeing you growing and happier 🥺 I've been following you since clothes encounters. We're the same age and I learn so much from you. I don't have any friend and watching you makes me feel like am having my best friend talk to me. You bring the positivity into my life, Jenn! I owe you big time 🌷😢🥺 Thank you so much... love you, Jenn! xoxo
Since starting your self-development journey, how have you been able to maintain other relationships (whether healthy or unhealthy) as you grow and un-learn habits/traits/processing trauma that may have caused conflict/quarrels in the past? How do you have these healthy conversations with yourself and your loved ones? I've been doing a lot of inner child work and self-work that's caused me to be more emotional and sensitive when triggered. Being in a serious relationship and still working through these things are more difficult than I imagined.
Hey Jenn!! I always love hearing you speak on what’s on your mind, you’ve been like a big (second gen) Korean sister to me over the years! I’m a silent viewer but I couldn’t help but tear up when you announced your pregnancy 🥲 I’m soooo happy for you and Ben!
I’ve been watching a few of your pregnancy videos today. I think we have very similar feelings and journeys. ❤️ Pregnancy made me feel very strong and confident too!
Hello Jen, Congrat on your first pregnancy. Welcome to mother/parenthood I'am a mother of one. I would like to share my experience as a mother. There really is no book, forum etc to learn to raise kids or becoming a mother, parent . Right now you're on the right track. You lean on your mother, parent. They are your best teacher, motherhood and parenting is all hands on and always learning and discovering new things. Keep that in mind also as you go through this you and your husband will have your own best interest how you want to raise your child. But keep in mind Kids are very smart they can pick up on things. Teaching values and life in general will reflect on you both. Line yourself with other parents, mothers to get their knowledge and experience and yes stay positive that will keep you both motivated. Bless you both you both will do great and it is OK to make mistakes or not knowing. Ya got this!😊
Jenn you’re such a beautiful soul !! Your baby is going to be so adorable and beautiful !! Also I’m so so SO incredibly happy for you and Ben to be first time parents 😁
I’m 25 weeks pregnant and I felt like I’ve been in this whole journey with you! Your positivity outlook in this pregnancy and life in general is so contagious ☺️ Did you sign up for any birthing/baby class? If it’s available for you, I highly recommend it. It has answered a lot of my questions and fears, and it was such a good bonding moment with my husband ☺️
Wow jenn i'm so amazed at how you have grown during this pregnancy ❤️ you are an amazing woman I definitely look up to ! Seeing you embrace this pregnancy and knowing how much the close people around you got your back is amazing!! Way to go girl! I wish you nothing but happiness, acceptance and fullfilment!
I've grown with you from my teens and onwards and I feel like I'm watching a friend's pregnancy journey! :' ) I love how you did a ton of research to educate and prepare because it feels like you're offering your own support and knowledge to others on the same journey right now. I can't wait to see how your mindset evolves after the baby is here!
Yes Jenn we are all here for you when you need us! Postpartum is hard as a FTM myself I was quite shocked on how hard it actually was! but your little one will grow so fast you'll forget all about the tough days ❤
thank you Jenn for sharing your experience. When you first told us you were pregnant, and I saw your reaction, I could totally relate. Even though I've never been pregnant, I think I would have the same reaction. I think women in general react the same have these same question. I always think am I ready, will I be okay with the changes that pregnancy does to a woman's body, and you sharing your experience will help a lot of women.
Thanks Jen for being the big sister I didn’t know I needed ♥️ love these videos, very genuine responses. Congrats once again! So excited for you to be sharing your journey!
Jenn you will be a great dedicated mother❤️ I have two kids of my own and my little one was born early 2020. you will suprise yourself with the amoutn of resilent in you.

Hi Jenn I jus found ur channel a year back but you have become my weekly routine n couldn't stay a week without watching you!! So relatable with your life and mental health. You're such a gem n entertaining. Love all the way from Shillong, NE India!
Jenn! It was so heartwarming to see your honest expression of yourself and your pregnancy journey. Your dedication to self-development especially at this stage and for this baby is truly inspiring. Your self love radiates and lights us all up too. Best wishes for your pregnancy ❤️
Jenn! You’re such an inspiration. I too don’t notice people when I’m out and about. My friends think I’m crazy that I don’t notice looks people give👀I’m glad we have that in common!
Just an amazing video! So glad Jenn is growing into her new body! Would love to see videos on nursey, hospital gear, baby clothing, what things you are buying for your baby ( car seat, diapers, etc). Are you going to do a birth or hospital video? Can't wait to see new videos on your baby!
3:45 i cant believe im not the only one. cuz I don't understand looking at people around when i walk, like eye contact is so intimidating and terrifying for me.
Please please read the book Peaceful Parenting!! As someone who wants to break generational cycles I would totally encourage you to look into this book :)
Jenn is glowing in this video. Just looking into her eyes I can see that she is strong and she is ready to take on whatever comes her way.
You’ll be an amazing mother Jenn. We have faith in you!!! 🤍
Thank you so much, Sybil! x
sooo true 🥺✨ she looks so amazing ❤️
Seeing Jenn grow so gracefully, both physically & emotionally throughout her pregnancy really confirms my theory that she was MEANT to be a mother & an amazing one at that 🤌🏼

It’s scary even if you feel like you’re ready
Thanks Kristen! I'm realizing that no one ever feels 100% ready!

Prayers for you during this time 😌🙏🏽
Sending you love ❤️
Seeing Jenn go from fear (same here, girl) to thriving and acceptance gives me hope that I can also do this!

This right here is the absolute truth! I only have one but I see other kids and there are honestly almost no rules. Depends on the kid!
“If we have the luxury to get older” for real! That’s how I see things a lot now. The ability to grow older is definitely a privilege so many people overlook.
it's a privilege to grow old and watch your body change.
It’s so nice to catch up with you. We all can see how you’ve changed and grown in your vlogs and I am so excited for your new chapter in life. Your kid is so lucky to have a mother who is prepared to welcome a new life to the world not only materialistically but also mentally. Bless 💕💓

Can't wait to meet the baby but also want her to be pregnant forever! She looks so cute with that bump!! 💗
God bless you and your family, may you have a fast and safe delivery, congratulations
Amen 🥰🙏🏽
You are glowing 💕✨and this is the 800th video on this channel, thanks for sharing your journey with us ☺️
When I knew I was about to undergo a medical procedure that would involve high levels of pain, I mentally prepped myself for a week and constantly repeated this mantra I made whenever I would get bouts of anxiety: "Pain is pain, but you can handle it anyway." And I don't know if it's because of the repetition but when the procedure came, I was surprised to find the pain to be pretty tolerable!
Absolutely! x
I’m 16 weeks pregnant and watching your videos have helped me so much!
Congratulations 🥰
Hi, Jenn. So happy seeing you growing and happier 🥺 I've been following you since clothes encounters. We're the same age and I learn so much from you.
I don't have any friend and watching you makes me feel like am having my best friend talk to me. You bring the positivity into my life, Jenn! I owe you big time 🌷😢🥺
Thank you so much... love you, Jenn! xoxo
Jenn is suchh a good time model
Since starting your self-development journey, how have you been able to maintain other relationships (whether healthy or unhealthy) as you grow and un-learn habits/traits/processing trauma that may have caused conflict/quarrels in the past? How do you have these healthy conversations with yourself and your loved ones?
I've been doing a lot of inner child work and self-work that's caused me to be more emotional and sensitive when triggered. Being in a serious relationship and still working through these things are more difficult than I imagined.
THIS. It’s so so hard. 😭
"If we have the pleasure and the luxury to get older, then don't get attached to this" love it
This pregnancy really grew you as a person! (In a good way) and that’s sooo amazing ❤️thank you for sharing

I'm the same age and in the same phase of pregnancy as you, Jenn, so this has been very encouraging to hear. Thank you!
If my body can grow an entire human it sure as hell deserves to grow in the progress and still receive love (a lot lot lot of extra love actually) 💘❤
But keep in mind
Kids are very smart they can pick up on things. Teaching values and life in general will reflect on you both. Line yourself with other parents, mothers to get their knowledge and experience and yes stay positive that will keep you both motivated. Bless you both you both will do great and it is OK to make mistakes or not knowing. Ya got this!😊
Thank you for sharing this with me! I really appreciate it! ❤️❤️

Congratulations 🥰

I've grown with you from my teens and onwards and I feel like I'm watching a friend's pregnancy journey! :' ) I love how you did a ton of research to educate and prepare because it feels like you're offering your own support and knowledge to others on the same journey right now. I can't wait to see how your mindset evolves after the baby is here!

You guys will be great parents!!!
thank you Jenn for sharing your experience.
