What is the tution fees in this college per year for associate degree or how many Canadian dollar they charge per course because I have to complete minimum 78 credits in my program?

As far as I know, this is a two year course. I’m not from the science background but I’d highly recommend you to email healthsciences@langara.ca with your queries to better understand the program & its requirements.

I’d suggest you to join Facebook groups to look for accommodations however don’t pre book the place without viewing in person.
