The thing I loved the most is that he is asking everyone to focus on economics and technology rather than focusing on communal issues and to take necessary steps for the nation development. This is the primary hurdle that exists in our country, that need to be focussed . Dont fight over unnecessary things and focus on the right things that need to be taken care of .

Delloite, 177 tier -2 service based and product based companies came to hyderabad by its friendly policies, Salesforce, sap,servicenow opened its big campuses and data centres they surveyed every state but hyderabad was friendly and good policies declared by government of Telangana, recently KTR is trying very much to bring web 3.0 as it will be game changer in web revolution. One more thing apple is opening in hyderabad,whole Telangana government waitied and established its manufacturing plan to tim Cook and he was invited here and apple setting its office is now hot topic in hyderabad. Kompally is getting 2 times bigger IT park than cyber towers, KITS came for investment only by hospitality of KTR. Tech mahindra opened its campus in very tier -3 area bahadurpalli it's was big risk to set up their but eventually succeeded as many colleges were present there as knowledge was available. Tech mahindra and cyient opened its campuses in warangal, more 14 MNC's are welcomed in warangal. Amazon opened its biggest campus here and now google is also opening. During Telangana moment hyderabad lost its pace in IT market but eventually recovered by great leaders like KTR garu.

Maybe better idea to invest in world class education related to IT sector than ideas like T-Hub the thing has not taken off in 5 years... Things are just as they were five years ago in T-Hub incubators are good idea but that's not playing on the strength of Hyderabad's IT sector... The strength of IT Sector here includes world class talent pool that requires a boost up in the form of world class education and other facilities... Start up incubator is just a catchy nametag investors can pick up the product they want from the universities themselves if they are good enough... The main difficulty here lies on the fact that out of university student aren't yet ready enough to launch their product or innovative ideas in the market... If the facilities of university and education are improved and brought to world class standard the talent will not have to leave the country to avail of the best education and this will give the biggest boost to IT sector in my understanding...
Anti-Capitalist state governments are major hurdles to over come by any country to progress economically, unfortunately we have cursed states curbing economic growth but telangana is one of the state which is immune to anarchist leaders and policies. TG has already invested in world class educational institutes such as ISB and many but this is not adequate and copious work is needed to boost the talent pool.

I have seen Development of Hyderabad happening right in front of me . Before 1996 Hyderabad was not that big city -- Very hardworking CM Chandrababu naidu worked very very hard to make Hyderabad a new age industrial hub at massive scale .. TRS has taken that mantle forward .. They have one advantage that is no bagagge of national party dectate coming from Delhi either Congress or BJP.. Hence TRS can be on their won in development .. It is really positive .. Despite huge support from central govt in termas of express ways , internataional airports etc.. UP is far behind Telengana as far a industies are concerned mainly because of people of the Telegana state and southern state in general .. As you go north , people become more arrogant and their main aim to influence central govt and get their money .. foreign inverstors know about this through agencies and hence FDI prefer Hyderbad over Lucknow .. There is a huge constructive competion going on between Bangalore and Hyderabad and NOT between Hyderabad and Bophal or Lucknow .. This is the difference .. National party sucks -- JAI REGIONAL PARTY
Completely agree with you on the above. However, hyderabad was already tagged onto world map way before cities like Bangalore got developed. Hyderabad is a historic city developed by Nizams and the city itself was richest city in india and equally without any doubt it got topped up hugely and beautifully under babu government as he laid foundation into modern infrastructure and with leaders like KTR hyderabad/Telangana would be forefront of development. Well said ..the seed definitely was sown by Chandrababu Naidu, and KCR was part of TDP earlier.. i am glad to see TRS chasing for development furthermore.
But some regional parties like ysrcp is fit for nothing and proves a bad example for administration, debts are rising and there is no works for development, only vengeance politics which sucks.
I hope bjp won't enter Telangana, it spoilt the prospect for AP in 2019 by indirectly supporting YSRCP

Delloite, 177 tier -2 service based and product based companies came to hyderabad by its friendly policies, Salesforce, sap,servicenow opened its big campuses and data centres they surveyed every state but hyderabad was friendly and good policies declared by government of Telangana, recently KTR is trying very much to bring web 3.0 as it will be game changer in web revolution. One more thing apple is opening in hyderabad,whole Telangana government waitied and established its manufacturing plan to tim Cook and he was invited here and apple setting its office is now hot topic in hyderabad. Kompally is getting 2 times bigger IT park than cyber towers, KITS came for investment only by hospitality of KTR. Tech mahindra opened its campus in very tier -3 area bahadurpalli it's was big risk to set up their but eventually succeeded as many colleges were present there as knowledge was available. Tech mahindra and cyient opened its campuses in warangal, more 14 MNC's are welcomed in warangal. Amazon opened its biggest campus here and now google is also opening. During Telangana moment hyderabad lost its pace in IT market but eventually recovered by great leaders like KTR garu.

Even if dog sits for next 20 years more and more keeps coming and just have to sign. And even surroundings will also expand. Just like Kancheepuram got IT companies due to Chennai being adjacent. And TamilNadu inspite of being highest corrupted and no stable leadership Chennai grew surroundings grew. It doesn’t matter. Expenses are less being a small populated state now Telangana and with rich IT and Pharma already present before 2014.
