  • We made a large batch of pizza dough in the Ankarsrum mixer to test out the capacity. This batch is 12 X 8oz pizza doughs! We could have done even more. The best part is how quiet and powerful this mixer is.

    Ingredient list: (Watch the video for instructions)
    1540g Bread Flour - We love King Arthur
    210g 00 Flour
    1120g Water total - (420g of it warm water for starter)
    8g Breadmaker Yeast
    32g Olive Oil
    31g Sea Salt
    14g Sugar
    Makes 12 8oz Dough balls!
