I didn't realize you hadn't reacted to SOS yet, that's usually the first song reactors hear. Lol. This was the Bastau concert. His first ever solo concert in 2017. After the Singer show. 40,000 people in the audience. You should check out the adai/Daididau song from that concert.
He was discovered to have perfect pitch at the age of five, and he has not stopped practicing and learning from that day. He is currently working on his Ph.D. in musicology in between performances all over the world. Originally from Kazakhstan, his father was a pop singer and his mom sang opera. And, oh by the way, he keeps in shape with martial arts and swimming the length of an Olympic size swimming pool underwater to improve his breath control! I believe he can sing in eight languages while speaking Russian and Kazakh fluently, and working on his Chinese and English. His interactions with his fans are simply amazing. I'm seventy-two and I first stumbled across him about two years ago...I've never heard or seen anything like him...he is simply the best singer/performer in the world.
For many Dear’s, SOS was our introduction to Dimash, it certainly was China’s introduction, which made him any overnight star, literally unknown to him, bodyguard’s were at his hotel the next morning. I had never seen this performance, clearly from one of his concerts, one day I will be in that audience ❤

The red suit is the SOS 2021 version where his baritone/bass is far more developed and has a mind blowing stage and effects. That said, SOS Singer 2017 will always be my favorite as the “Pavarotti” note just booms on that performance.
