I didn't think chapters were necessary for this vid, but if you want them I'll put them in! The Brush Presets docker is great for those who get OCD with their brushes!! Or just like to stay organized 😂

Please advise: I need to create a square with borders in a certain brush/style and to be able to move it around and change its size. When I create it on a vector layer - the border is always the same, I can not change it picking another brush - no change. Creating the square on a pain layer will not let me change it after its created (the size) and move around (not moving the whole layer). I am stuck, please help.

Sadly at this time, you aren't able to adjust a border like that with a specific brush. You can only do basic things. That MIGHT be something on the dev's list of things to work on (I can't remember).
I would use Affinity Designer or Inkscape for that kind of ability.

Were was this video a couple weeks ago when I was having to learn how to tag brushes on my own. You didn’t cover how to remove brushes permanently from a tag did you? I’ve been trying to figure that out and can’t seem to find an answer. I’ll remove them but when I close and restart Krita, they are back in “My Favorites” again. Good video.

@@JustCallMeInsane thankyou, I saw it in your other video, but my version is low I think. There is no such option in the settings as well. Good day! ☀️

@@JustCallMeInsane thankyou for the reply. My tablet is android, I am finding it difficult to export my animation and many other settings. Is there a way to link android tablet with windows pc to export animation in krita. Or any other possible way to render animation as a video.

You can save the file and send it to yourself via email or dropbox and open it on a PC.

Hey insane. Your tutorial videos pretty good for a follower as me. They are clearly covering basics(which i love). Thank you for your work, thank you from my deep of heart. But, i should say that your old videos mixing with new ones, and playlists not organized well. Maybe a new playlist for in each subject can be considered by you? All subjects at digital drawing in krita.. from start to end, all subjects listed.. for the honor of Krita5.0 ? Can you make a new playlist/tutorial video serie for "Krita5+" in very well planned(A-Z) form? -bad student.

Krita 5 is still in beta and isnt officially ready yet. I can start moving some old videos off the playlist though. :) Thank you!

how to import downloaded photoshop brushes in krita? I tried to import from both manage resource libraries and manage resources but the abr file shows in manage resource libraries but does not show in the brush presets list where all the brushes are given by krita. what should I do?

You need to make the new brush presets. Krita will import the patterns used for the photoshop brush, but because it's a different engine you need to create the new preset and apply that.

Close the docker and reopen it. Make sure you have the brush to selected and you're on a paint layer

it's a great video but I also have a question. I often like to use Medibang paint but I'm using Krita right now as we speak. whenever I redo or undo it constantly picks the canvas color when I push CTRL, I also could not find it on shortcuts to change it. and it constantly seems to do it when I undo and redo. do you know anything about that? when i was in crew that i found shortcut key found color picker, but there's another one when it has ctrl and i cannot find it.

As long as you don't click when you hold ctrl, you won't eye drop anything.
You can go to settings->configure krita -> canvas input settings -> alternate invocation -> delete shortcut for sample foreground color from merged image.
      that should work :)
