They are finish blocks and they are being used here for bruteforcing

@@LastExceed That's needed for bruteforcing because they (players) need to reach a certain position. If the bruteforce finishes the map by crossing one of the finish lines, it means the car was able to reach that wanted position, therefore progress has been made. I hope that makes sense. As for your last question, I guess it's because they're finish lines from an other environment than stadium. I haven't player other enviros so much so I can't tell which one for sure.
