I'm from Owner Type Jeep to 90s Isuzu SUV with All Brand New AC System Converted, at talagang nakakabaliw ang Mechanical Thermostat sa Long Ride na tirik ang araw. I love Mechanical Stuff for Automobile like Carburetor, Injection Pump, Power Steering, etc... But not this one, at least hindi sya computerized. Very informative, naiisip ko na talaga tong video/product na to habang halos hihimatayin na ako sa 8 hours na byahe from Manila-Isabela dahil sa freezing evaporator dahil sa mechanical thermostat... Ito bumili na, maraming salamat sir!
parehas tayo thermostat, 2 months nasakin yung thermostat nayan hindi ko alam paano iset yung interval lagi nasa 2°c lang sya kaya super tagal bago mag engage yung compressor. buti napanood ko to salamat sa kaalaman na shinare mo hehe
eto ata sasagot sa problema ko, bagong overhaul ac bago lahat nag convert to manual thermostat kaso walang kwenta manual thermostat sira agad minsan di nag auautomatic minsan di gagana need ilang on off

Hi.. very informative... However it would be better if you repair the ac amplifier(climate control). Inside that module there are 2 output switching transistor inside which maybe busted due to wear and tear. One is going to idle up (green/yellow) and one is going to ac relay. The yellow and black is going to pressure switch which you connnected for 12v supply. That is right when there is low pressure, supply will be disconnected hence compressor will stop. Im not sure how you modify your idle up..may be the ground side is directly connected to body ground and the positive side is tap at compressor positive line as others do. Try to repair your ac amplifier worth only P10.00 per transistor beside,, balik sa stock. Just my idea... Cheers....

Bakit yung saaken boss hindi accurate. Kapag nareach na ng PV yung nakaset na SV hindi parin nag d'disengage yung compressor ko. Hindi rin umiilaw yung "out"

Gud pm boss, problema ko ang bilis nyang mag automatic, paano po ba ang tamang settings? Naka set po sa akin ng 13.5, paano po ba ang set yung mejo matagal syang naka on yung compressor bago sya mag off
Hi Narciso, actually ang setting is depende kung gaano mo gusto kalamig un cabin temp ng kotse. If sa tingin mo nag-disengage na un compressor pero hindi pa malamig ang cabin temp, babaan mo pa un setting ng thermostat. Sa akin pinapalitan ko setting ng thermostat depende sa panahon. Thanks!

Parang masyado matagal yung trip off sir binilangan ko umabot ng 57 secs trip off.
