In this video I make a scary metal zombie skull mask for Halloween. I use my metalworking skills to make a spooky skeleton zombie wraith.
I bought a gauntlet design from you ages ago back when I was 17 years old; I'm 27 now.

This is so brilliant! I never would have thought of using the eva for chasing and repousse. I have to tell you, I had an injury that kept me out of my shop for >two years
So glad to hear you say that, thank you! I am always so happy to hear that people enjoy what I do, ESPECIALLY if they try it themselves. Quick note though...the black mat you see in the video is a stiff rubber floor mat, not EVA foam. EVA foam does work on thinner metals, but the details aren't as crisp.

I actually did copper gums and brass teeth on the last mask I did. I do sell these as commissions. They start at 1500 USD and go up from there depending on complexity.

Hey, can I get a list of tools you used in this video? I am getting into smithing and metal work so im trying to get an idea of what tools people use frequently
Most of the stuff is listed at the bottom of the video except for a few of the hammers (ball pein, modified tack hammer, and a teardrop mallet), and the MAP gas torch.

Yes, tools such as a pneumatic planishing hammer, however something like this is too small for anything other than a hammer.

what kind of steel nails are you using and how long are they? i do apologize for so many questions
The steel nails I use for rivets are roofing nails, and I use the shortest ones they have. I think they are 3/4 inch

There's a few on there with art on the back, but none of the DARC ones (yet). I can whip something up in the next few days, but the shirts are more expensive when they have to print both sides.
