Context: It's basically Plankton has a huge fear from whales, he can't do it anymore, he attempts to get run over by a bus, the scene was from One Coarse Meal and this is the altered one

I love how Mr. Krabs actually refers to Plankton by his first name when he finds him dead on the road, plus you can hear the disbelief in his voice. Since they used to be friends and all, you can only imagine his sorrow knowing that his childhood best friend committed suicide right in front of his restaurant.

Because Mr Krabs to me, never actually hated plankton. I know in this specific episode this is referencing he is a terrible person. But if you look at seasons 1-4, you see he never hated Plankton.
It’s kinda interesting how most of the time he is flattened to a pulp like this, but the one time he intends to do it with suicidal intentions it’s taken much more seriously

Well, lost episodes are usually potentially haunted. Its probably the curse..
In cartoons, death will only actually happen if the plot demands it. A cartoon character can get crushed flat, sliced into bits, shot in the head, suffer from a direct explosion, break all of their bones, etc., but if the plot wants them to be dead, something simple like a banana peel slip to the floor can be result into dying.
Lost episodes aren’t canon to the show so the characters in the lost episodes/creepypastas don’t have the same regenerative powers as there canon counterpart.
*Unpopular Opinion:* Plankton having two eyes is the most cursed thing on the planet has to offer.

I love how instead of becoming all creepy and eerie, it continues as a normal episode with all the music and sound effects, but while still being unnerving.

In my opinion, I think leaf really nailed this remake. From the disturbing imagery to the unnerving ambience every aspect of this remake feels just perfect. Especially since this is one of my favorite creepypastas I absolutely love this. Keep up the good work

One of the things that makes this video so unnerving is the dissonance between the disturbing imagery and the use of the music and sound effects that you'd hear in an actual Spongebob episode. I'm honestly impressed with your ability to make even the simpliest of urban legends and creepypastas geniunely disturbing.
This is actually extremely well done and really sad you can really hear the sorrow when Mr Krabs finds Plankton’s corpse

Mr. Krabs referring to Plankton by his first name really makes this hit even harder. You can feel the sudden change of mood from his very voice at that moment.

This was so scary.
The whale sounds and the weird fish like sprite gave it a hefty dose of Thalassophobia, and the showing of Neptune's castle might be a hint for Plankton finally entering heaven.
in the original creepypasta, it is explicit that this is a kind of parallel between heaven and hell for marine life.
The Heaven is represented as the Palace of Neptune.
While Hell, is portrayed as the dark bottom of the ocean where you find deep sea fish.
In the original version placton fell into darkness, but here its fate is unknown.

The sound effects and music from the show and how the new scenes are in 480p really adds to it, it makes it seem like something from the show and was actually animated rather that looking like an episode someone edited. Really good job as always!

I love when they refer to eachother as "Sheldon" and "Eugene"it implies that they know eachother for a long long time and continue to be enemies
They do. They used to be childhood friends. In one of the episodes, they're shown to create the original Crabsburger recipe back in the childhood, then they tear it apart during arguement and while Crabs got the part with actual recipe, the part Plankton got only had "...and a piece of chum" written on it. So that's where this age-old war originates.
Thank you for an amazing this because this is literally One of the few lost episode creepy pastas that I think could actually be real considering how demented The writers were doing one course meal
This is makes 'One Coarse Meal' good as a whole like really, in this video it seems Mr. Krabs actually cares about Plankton and effects of his dying instead of in the original episode he didn't cared at all
This is very scary and unsettling to watch. And that credits scene is a cherry on top video

Wow, this was really good! I especially liked the way you presented Mr. Krabs coming across Plankton. The way the music just stopped, only to resume as if we weren't looking at a corpse was priceless. Great delivery all around.

I am the only one that found the bus running over Plankton funny? Like the way it just comes out of nowhere and the fact that it cuts to black immediately just gives me a little giggle every time I watch it.
Its just 2 frames long. Its so instantly cut it is kinda funny but probably also what his death is like. It was fast and instant.

Poor Krabs, even thought they were currently enemies imagine seeing your childhood best friend dead in a road because of you? Krabs may be spoiled manager but seeing his voice with much regret is just so saddening. I feel so dang sad for plankton as well. All he wanted to do was just get a recipe on a decent burger which lead to *this* . Besides that great video overall truly a a lot more devastating take on the pasta!

What i really liked most was how he added the sounds that are present in the original spongebob, like the sound plankton made when opening his eyes and the musics. It makes this sound more like an actual lost episode. Great job as always
