So here's what I think happened here: While we indeed saw the other 5 characters commit suicide in various ways, I think it was more of an illusion created by Ultimate Execun to finally break Cream's spirit once she was knocked out during the battle. Think about it: Execun already told Cream that he murdered Vanilla as she tried defending herself by throwing plates and knives, so how would her corpse not show any visible injuries and just be left hanging in a literal sense? Also, why else would there be multiple Tails Doll heads? While Tails Doll dies in every ending from the curse Execun places on it, there's no confirmation that Execun or any of Exeller's other servants know of or experience deja vu. I believe that Execun placed Cream's subconscious into a state of seeing all that horror after getting KO'd as that'd be the straw that broke the camel's (or in this case, rabbit's) back! Sure, he COULD just kill her, but since he successfully abosrbed Cream's friends via exposing them to their inner demons, why not do take Cream as well to further increase his power? He was gonna betray Exeller in the end, so why give his former master a possible advantage? With that being said, I really love how Ultimate Execun combines all 3 traits of himself and his fellow minions: He retains his cunning and decides to absorb the 6 characters instead of killing them, he has Exebark's bloodthirsty nature as he exposes Cream to quite the gore-tastic imagery, and he has Exebi's hypocritical mercy as normally, he'd kill the group instead of keep them around and merging hypocrisy with a cold & calculated mindset and the capacity to try killing one's master who is a Highest is icing on the cake!
