  • Bilateral Stimulation Music | [EMDR] Reduce Anxiety, PTSD & Stress Disorders
    #bilateralstimulationmusic #calminganxiety #EMDR
    This music uses bilateral stimulation to help calm the nervous system, stimulating both sides of the brain simultaneously to regulate the neural networks associated with anxiety and restlessness. Promoting a relaxed and balanced state of mind emotionally and physically.
    Bilateral music helps the brain process the stress or traumatic memories so that the person can eventually think about the stressful memories without triggering severe anxiety or stress. Bilateral music is calming, soothing and relaxing to the mind body and soul. Bilateral music is music that gently shifts from one ear to ear, and directs eye movement and awareness towards different parts of the brain as we orient towards the sounds.
    The benefits of bilateral stimulation music
    Reduction in anxiety, PTSD, and other stress-related disorders: By helping the body transition from fight-or-flight to rest-and-digest mode, bilateral stimulation can ease feelings of anxiety, PTSD, and other stress-related disorders-including social anxiety disorder-and promote a sense of overall relaxation.

    Bilateral Stimulation Music is reliant upon ear to ear panning so Headphones are a must to fully benefit from it. If you must use your phone, turn your phone on its side and hold it close to the face so that the binaural panning can be heard.
    Enjoy ☁️💤😴

    I've had 14 brain surgeries. Ceratin tones and pitches give me instant headaches. This one doesn't. Bells I can't handle at all. I also have very loud tinnitus. So I like how some high pitched noises are soft and in the background. Thank you.

      If you can try it I really suggest emdr therapy. I've done it one year after a huge car accident. I was suffering with ptsd too, I couldn't drive and it was really difficult to be a passenger too. The body react to the car motion with muscle memory of the trauma, it's horrible. (Sorry I'm not an english-speaker.)
      With only 5 emdr sessions I was able to drive again, it was unbelievable but I'm so happy to be able to drive again and to be happy to drive.

    I am on the autism spectrum and I want to know if anyone feels the same way.
    Has anyone heard this with wireless headphones? I don't know if it's my imagination or those headphones make me feel strange unlike the wired ones. I don't know if it has to do with the electromagnetic waves that these types of hearing aids generate. Someone knows?

    • @blvarin
      @blvarin 7 дней назад

      Electromagnetic frequencies (EMF) and bluetooth (wireless headphones) are very dangerous for the health even though many doctors/phone brands want/benefit from claiming that it is not true. When you wear wireless headphones these negative EMF go right in your brain. So no it's not just you and it doesn't have anything to do with your autism because I experience the same thing and I just can't use wireless anything. Many other people experience this but don't realize what it's from and it's more convenient to believe that they are harmless

    This is far and away my favorite bilateral stim piece to use alongside a Theratapper. However, now that you have added an evil/third eye to the opening visual, I am conflicted and cannot share it with others, as that is against my religion. I realize that this is your chosen symbol for your channel in general, but now that it's in the video, it's more of an impediment. I thought you might like to know that. Thank you for your consideration.
