Yeah , it's normal at this point for female trainers. Though most people , mostly beginners don't even know how difficult it is for females to even achieve a physique like dongeun's in the first place.
I wish people would stop putting dongeun to merely a girl and she needs a partner or something, it makes them look down on her when she's properly training them

However saying she needs a partner so she doesn't get looked down upon really is downgrading as well. Suggesting she isn't enough on her own and that a girl or woman needs a boyfriend to be respected by society/ their environment. Having a boyfriend and someone to rely on is a positive thing. But people around you shouldn't respect you more because of your boyfriend, because he is a man that backs you up. It's just the same problem all over again. A woman doesn't get respected but a man does so his opinion and support upgrades your credibility. We need to first start respecting girls and women for whoever they are and not take "points" away because of their gender. I bet the guys who worked out here deep down know they misjudged her after this experience. And maybe they will adjust their views. And this will influence other people too.
I actually like the concept of counting to 10. Because doing 10 is not a lot. It helps persuade the mind to do more. Because I tried for example setting target of doing 50 which to the mind is a lot so when you do 50 and you’re already tired you stick to only finishing 50. But if you do by 10 and don’t count, you’re Shute likely to do more to reach your actual limit
