I've always wondered where I placed on the rating scale, I've never played at tournament and the descriptions of the ratings are pretty subjective. How did you determine 4.5? Was it through tournament play?
It is just Rec play rating for NY. If you play tournament it is whoever signs up for the bracket. You don’t get control over who enters
