Be aware of the summer, Phoenix gets up to 110 and the roads aren't the most taken care of.
I live in Washington, and we also have days that are horrifically hot, nothing like Phoenix, but still 110+ days are possible
Up to 117-120ish on hottest days of the year
depends on where you stay fs, I’m in Scottsdale and roads are pretty good for the most part

Would be so cool to see jack locally here in Arizona. Washington is so bland and cold. Great car scene here in Arizona too. East Gilbert or south chandler are very nice areas. Unless you want to be in the city. Scottsdale is ok.

If you are interested in NorCal it’s great. Summer isn’t to hot. But depending on where you live in the winter isn’t to cold. It’s a great place for cars… especially auburn California

I think moving to Arizona is the move honestly a lot of people are there for content and the car scene is like no other and that 2nd house was my favorite out of all of them

I got big into the Seattle grunge scene of the 90's and I was shocked to learn that it was one of the leading contributing factors to the high cost of living in the area.

Hey Jack just a heads up if you move to AZ and people ask you where you are from people will most likely be a little rude because you are from washington. As an arizona native it is because we are fed up with Californians moving here and driving up the prices here in Phoenix. Before gas was dirt cheap it was about 1.89 a gallon for gas but now its about 4$ and housing was dirt cheap to.

Go for the 2nd house in Fountain Hill's Jack you got great space for the cars and its roughly the same size as your current home and most importantly the views are immaculate.

As a native Arizona resident I would usually say hell no don’t come here… due to the house market being terrible but for you jack it’s cool. Just be careful the road rage is terrible & traffic is ass
