Judging Carenage’s Fish Fry Iron Chef Challenge! 😍🤤🐟

Last Saturday, I was honoured to be part of the judging team for The Carenage Fish Fry St. Peter’s Day Iron Chef Challenge.
Most of the vendors took part in this competition, where they had to incorporate the sponsor Carib Beer Carib Blue into their roast and fried fish dishes. They were also sponsored fresh provision to be added to their meals.
