Im incredibly proud to perform "You Can't Blame the Youth" in celebration of the legend Peter Tosh, whose music, wisdom and willingness to stand up for the people has been a huge inspiration to me for much of my life. Being invited to be a part of Peter Tosh Day means more to me than words can say. I hope you enjoy!!

You can't blame the youth. Probably the best song that has ever been written about teaching merit and standing-up in another's defense, without excessive accusation. Children, if they do wrong, in most cases, it is because they learnt it from their elders. The song aptly mentions school children learning about the exploits of pirates (Henry Morgan and Thomas Hawkins), people that do not have exemplary conduct, and, yet, their feats are taught openly in public schools.
Peter Tosh was such a force of fire and fury. His recordings with Al Anderson and the Wailers will always be my favorites, but love the early Wailers too. Peter's rhythm was second to none and the man was over the top with a wah. Raw Power of Jah!

Found your music about 6 months ago. Cant believe i went so long without ever hearing you. Now all three of my kids love when i get home from work to jam to some Mike Love. Their favorites are permanent holiday, and rain or shine. Nothing but the utmost love and respect to you and your family.

Me and my girlfriend were so stoked to get see you at rumba cafe ,which was like the first cancelled show due this newly implemented architecture of oppression.
