Listen, turn or don't. We no care. Reggae never dies cuz you no gonna stop reggae after all😂. You can't! Reggae lifts people high and not buzzers. I know there are true people who spiritually got touched by the music in there.
I will say the second person does have a really good voice but it might not be that turned because they didn’t see his potential or thought he was bad. More so that they may not know how to mentor him. The people on the voice or just artists in general have genres they feel comfortable and confident in. The first song person for example you can relate it back to other music genres but reggae is truly an art. Idk as much as I do agree with you I’d hate for him to get chosen by a judge knowing that they could choose songs for him that don’t do him justice at all.
One gets the feel that Reggae goes over most of these judges heads. They seem to think it's just a novelty, not realizing it's actually a movement and a strong vibe.
Obviously they only wanted A version of Reggae but not the authentic experience. Me sitting in my room in Kingston, Jamaica and wondering why the second guy was not choose.
@@TeacherMonica56 hard to say, because of the original song is from a german reggae singer ... I'm german too and I can't understand the reaction of the coaches ...
Kdaanso you made that song Justice and your own, you naild it. You took me back to my youth. I heard gregore Isaac, berry hamond, buju bunton and Peter tosch you are amazing I am ❤sorry those judges do not not know true reaggae and dancehall musik
Have to admit that as a Jcan n diehard Reggae listener, NO DOUBT was the first group I gave props to when they ventured into reggae..n when Gwen did her bit with the queen of Dancdhall, Lady Saw, welllllllll
remember that the coach will mentor and guide them through the competition. thats why sometimes a great voice will walk out since they dont know what to do with that voice.. turning chair only mean that the coach want you on their team
I have no idea why the judges didn't turn for Lawrence Pinoyski, or K'Daanso. They lost out on two good deals. I hope these two folks went on to audition in other places. So talented AND good looking! What the hell is wrong with the judges in Germany!?
Don't judge performances based on whether you like the original or whether you like the singer. He missed some notes and you can hear his breathing technique needs too much work to fix on this show in this short time. Completely correct and understandable decision of the coaches if you listen properly.
@@stiefelriemen632 I concede I might be tricked by the song energy itself. But the guy fits it perfectly. Even if he dont have perfect technique, he got that perfect energy for that song particularly. So sad I hear so much singers with perfect techniques but lacking the right energy. To sing is not just about hitting the right note at the right time, it's more about sending something nice. Completely incorrect decisions from coaches in my op.
As long as you step up to declare Africa rising triumphantly, that is not so welcome... Sad that mostly as Africa we express ourselves fully through Raggae Music .. still we live on...
The mainstream dudes have no capability of understanding the beauty and richness of reggae music. the second guy is a MUCH BETTER artist than the jury itself
What’s your favorite Reggae Blind Audition on The Voice? ✌️
d 2nd 1 k'daanso sing "superior"- by gentleman

These judges don't know what a true reggae artist feels like. They don't know reggae music. The second guy is a true reggae artist.

Second guy really nailed it. No judge turned, funny as The Voice posted it here on The Best Voice reggae audition. Grow up judges
It's a shame no one turned for the second guy. Shame on those judges. Shame on you!
True it was the best
Yesss I agree, but I strongly think they don't know much about reggae music's voices

The second one is super duper amazing but no judges turn.
How could not number two pass. He was the only one sounding like a real reggae artist.
That second song was fyia. Those judges are bomba clot!

I am shocked that no one turned around for the second one 😩 He sang really good ! 🇯🇲

Reggae is a positive vibration with a sweet and irie sensation for each and every generation! Bless up from Sweden.
Beautiful voices of the best reggae.smazing indeed.
The first guy was just a pleasure for the ears... nothing flashy, no over exagerating rifts,, simple nice and sweet
Obviously they only wanted A version of Reggae but not the authentic experience. Me sitting in my room in Kingston, Jamaica and wondering why the second guy was not choose.
Exactly. They are sooo busy picking rubbles and left a diamond.
I think germans don't know much about reggae.

The second artist nailed judges sometimes they don't judge fairly
More like " DO NOT KNOW how to mentor a reggae artist"

They have no frame of refference for reggae or that "kind" of music
Feel good Inc is reggae since when
Minilik is the icon 🔥🔥that is ethiopia!!!💪
