Decent vid. I’d recommend spending less time in spreadsheets and more time following the realities of this business. The company runs on negative equity for a reason. They don’t do M&A. Fair value assumptions don’t take into account material business developments - special pricing, volume story with respect to mortgage vols, etc.
May I know your point of view on the negative equity. Many many thanks . Imho , they did a lot of buybacks which cause its equity to be negative. Which I think is not a bad thing cause it’s making a lot of money and have cash. Many thanks for your thoughts.
