For those which it doesnt work in player career mode
You accully have to do a roullete then skill pass and it countes as a flair pass
It worked for me

You have to do a roulette and then do the pass hope this helped

To do this you must have the Flair Personality Trait. If you perform this move in career and it doesn’t count that could mean you are in pre-season.

im easy complete flair pass on carreer mode , any key u need while do that is L2 ( fines)+R2(protect ball)+X , press together
