      Her pattern is SUPER easy to follow. My fav pattern writer by far. I consider myself a beginner/intermediate level sewer.

    To make the slider easier to sew on, do it first, then slide your hook on, feed the strap through the slider and finish up with the sewn on hook. It’s much easier than having to worry about where the rest of the strap is and fighting with bulk

    Love your helpful videos to aid in the pattern. I was wondering why you couldn't do two seperate carrying handles and sew on the same procedure but with two seperate handles? Just thinking a way to save on turning the long 120" tube rightside?

    • @knotandthread
      @knotandthread  Год назад +1

      You surely could do it in two pieces. I did they with two different colors of webbing and it turned out so fun!

    What is the length of your additional carry strap? I'm decided to make one for my second duffle.

    Can I use webbing such as Tula Pink for straps and carrying strap both? Not sure of yardage.

    • @knotandthread
      @knotandthread  Год назад +1

      yes, for sure. that webbing will work great. I think it adds up to about 5.25 yards. maybe get 5.5 just to be safe!
