- The Pokémon Scarlet & Violet DLC: The Teal Mask is here! So it's time for a Shiny Pokemon Challenge! Today we're catching all Normal Shiny Pokémon in Kitakami! In This Pokémon Shiny Hunt Challenge, I try to Catch all Shiny Normal Pokémon as fast as possible and I will rate all Shiny Pokemon as I evolve all Shiny Normal Pokemon! This Shiny Challenge Episode is part of the Shiny Pokemon Type Challenge in which I speedrun Shiny Hunting all Pokemon of their respective types!
The Normal Type Shiny Pokemon Challenge Includes:

The lighting in this game is strange. I was hatching shroodle eggs along with others and almost every shroodle had a light green and a dark green eye.

Talking about lighting, I couldn't tell a shiny Mimikyu nor a shiny Murkrow in the dark. I went to a quick battle or "Let's Go" on the Mimikyu, thinking it wasn't shiny, and my shiny Corviknight didn't want to battle it. The tail still had a good bit of brown coloring, and I couldn't tell the orange cheeks until it went into sunlight. I then Let's Go'd a flock of Murkrow before you said anything about lighting, and I didn't know it was shiny until my shiny Slaking went back to me and went after another Pokemon. It blended in perfectly with the others.
I'm so glad that they had it be that the "let's go" feature doesn't knock out shines. Though I've had moments where my pokemon refused to knock out a pokemon (like it showed water marks around the pokemon's sprite) and got so excited, only for me to take a step towards it and my Pokemon decided to actually knock it out
Why compare times when you have a different number of targets each challenge?
