I had to guess the Humboldt question, but got it right. I missed only one - John Grisham’s name totally slipped my mind, despite the fact that I could recall clearly the scene in Notting Hill in which a dimwitted customer asks Hugh Grant if he had “the latest John Grisham thriller”!
