I had surgery 14days ago and I'm still swollen and after my 1st day back at work my legs swelled up extremely, I live in a small town and there is NO one that does lymphatic massage any videos on self message? I got cheat lipo, 360 lipo, ab etching, but and thigh reduction 🙏 thank you sooo much in advance
I am so so sorry to hear this. Your surgery really really requires a professional to reduce your symptoms. I am sorry to hear that your surgeon didn’t help you plan your recovery. Does your surgeon have any ideas on reducing your selling?

You definitely need massages by a professional I paid for 12 professional massages which includes drainage.
I'm paying for 6 more today.

depends on WHY you use the foam. I usually have my clients sleep with foam.
