Spicy burgers are far easier to eat than wings. Less of the sauce gets all over your face.
I feel this but I can also clean wings and swallow the meat quicker than I can chew large bites of burger. Seems to be a decent tradeoff

Prickly pear cactus is such an underrated ingredient. I used to buy them fresh for my tortoise and one day I decided I'd try one myself. It's quite good. I cooked it up some rice, beans, chicken and some assorted seasoning and it was excellent.

What does it taste like?
@@colleenross8752 It's a bit hard to explain but the taste is quite neutral with a bit of 'green earth' taste. The consistency is thick but is broken easily with pressure. It does have a slight greasy feel but it's not bad. I don't know that it's a standalone dish but mixes with well with carbs and other vegetables and a lot of different spices. Cactus is a nice change of pace from my norm and it's inexpensive.
Try San Pedro Cactus it's delicious I promise.

Man I will tell you that those potato things that they made in this video along with the chicken fried steak is definitely something I would love to try and make at home. That looked and sounded so good.

I had a coworker that would get this burger every time. He’d pretty much do the challenge without telling them. I had no clue how spicy this thing was and remember asking him how would compare this to the ghost pepper whopper and he literally laughed in my face 😂
Ghost pepper whooper legit isnt spicy its not even mildly spicey. It just tastes like a whopper bbq style with out the lettuce tomato and onion. I was dissapointed

@@XxXArcangelGuzmanXxX okay if I’m being honest I’ve never even had the ghost pepper whopper but there was another great burger spot that had a spicy burger as well and I assumed the ghost pepper whopper had that type of heat to the very minimum. I don’t eat nasty ass fast food and wanted this conversation to be relatable to the general public not realizing some nut was gonna start commenting about the spice level of the whopper and miss the entire purpose of this story.
Damn it now I want some chicken fried steak and home made gravy.........

Seeds aren’t the heat source in peppers. It’s the spongy part, and capsaicin oils inside the pepper that’s the heat source. The oils just get on the seeds. Wash seeds off good, and eat them. There’ll be no heat. I’ve ate a lot of peppers!!!

First one I've seen where Casey won. Its refreshing. Having said that, I feel like that challenge is pretty doable. Comparatively speaking
I have watched a lot of his versus videos and I have noticed that he has a higher win percentage when the challenge is to eat and finish something really hot and spicy as opposed to a challenge is to eat a massive amount of food. He seems to tolerate the heat better than just a ridiculous amount of food. But I really enjoy his videos and I am always pulling for him to win.

Anyone else seem to notice how angry Casey seem to be at the end of The challenge? I don't think he was happy with the excessive use of that capsaicin oil.
The cook didn't even try to measure the amount of cap. oil he added to the sauce, it should have been just a normal few drops but instead it was a big ass tablespoon, that did seem a little bit unfair to Casey
I think it was mostly because the dood came to him with the damned shirt instead of bringing him the milkshake first lol!

nah we're 15th :) Mississippi is the 'brokest' :) Texas is 25th right now, so if you reallllly try reallllllllly hard you can try to catch up, maybe ride a tumbleweed all the way to the top of the pile so you can be at the level of the average NY homeless person. :) Good luck man :) and you probably meant to say 'least wealthy' when you wrote 'brokest', or 'most broken' if you mean the state itself is somehow fractured at the crustal plate level or is somehow otherwise undergoing tectonic stress and destruction? Soy sauce? This is Mexican food not Chinese! Of course, the way Casey acts, I kinda figure he drinks soy.
Soy sauce for skirt steak is good because it’s not too thick and provide enough sodium to absorb into the meat. Sam the cooking guy uses it and he makes some amazing food too. Wtf is the equivalent of a Mexican marinade like soy sauce anyway?

He wanted that milkshake and he was possibly upset with all of that capsaicin.

Casey wanted that Milkshake IMMEDIATELY after he finished that burger, he didn't care about that t-shirt, he threw it over his shoulder and ordered the milkshake and snatched it out of the guy's hand QUICK and DELIBERATELY!!!! His mouth was definitely on fire to the max

if you are going by this video, yeah. its only a single minute of the challenge. i go back and forth between the two on my youtube binges, but casey actually performs better than Adam, he just doesn't have the extroverted personality

I grew up on Adam doing this show .. but I honestly like Casey better .. his narration / voice is better and he’s fun to watch when he’s suffering through these challenges ..
