Regarding him having to pay you back through the court…someone broke into my vehicle and also destroyed the soft top and ripped out every internal speaker and years later I’m still getting a check for something like $10 randomly from the situation because the guy is having to eventually pay for the damages or something through the court. At this point I think it’s more of a pain in my ass having to cash these checks than it’s worth the guy having to pay me back 😂

I've often found people that don't know cars or motorbikes equate a loud engine / exhaust sound with speed , could be in 1st gear with high performance vehicles that are loud & be accused of speeding .
I had a handle from a hatchet thrown at my car ( missed flying over bonnet / hood ) by a new neughbour ( 3-4 weeks ) accusing me of speeding , because he heard my turbo go , said that means high speed . Got in an argument which other a couple of other neighbours heard & came to my defence saying I'm a good neighbour & don't drive like that .... I was raised on that street by my grandfather in the same house , I inherited it from him . One of my neighbours that came out was my grandfathers friend since 1952 . Stooge neighbour was seldom seen & moved 12 months later
Seeing how Damon acts in these situations actually makes me want to behave in a similar way, you come across calm and collective and that's definitely the way to be seen in these situations
