Pat was much more than just a once-a-week podcast. If they went independent, similar to Call Her Daddy did I think they could find success because all profits would flow to them, but they are taking a paycheck - which usually doesn't lead to greater exposure.
A lot of people think Will is the lead personality here and he feeds off Barstool for that. Taylor isn't entertaining enough to support Will independently
