This is just the beginning, of coarse. I live in Phoenix so the thought of autumn decorating when it is still 100+ degrees is daunting. I usually wait until late September when it starts cooling down before transitioning from my late summer decor to fall. Enjoyed your video!

I finished yesterday with my fall decor. I really scaled back and trying to keep is simple and not as heavy. More natural decor. I you 2 inspiring channels I found yesterday. On your TV table on the top maybe turn the books on the corner around and show the pages since the ones in the middle show the ends. I think you did a wonderful job. I put my Christmas up on Halloween day usually.
Hey, Sara! You have a lovely home! I was thinking that you might like the TV table more if you painted it black until you find a replacement. Also, you might like the decor on it if you had a textured runner to set everything on. Another idea I had is attaching a little framed piece of fall art to that metal tray on your shelves. You could use a Command strip to attach it. 🙂 Meanwhile, send some of that cool(er) air down to New Orleans, please!

A brother gifted it to his sister on Dec 25th 1874. I had been looking for a small chunky one, and for a leather back one..i was thrilled to find both in one sand the note just made it so special! I was given one of the antique black & gold singer sewing machines a couple years ago. I have been looking for a table with the black iron bottom & pedal to sit it on top of. Several wks ago my DIL's grandma told me she had 3, she gave a lady at church one & have me the pick of the other two! The one with the base just like i want has a glass top, someone had made tables from the iron bases.. but I'm gonna take the glass off & add wood! So I was thrilled about that! Got both pieces gifted to me!😊 Love the top if yours! I have that same picture of the woman praying over the harvest! Mine is a large it print in a big, chunky wood frame. Its really heavy & pretty old, the backing was coming apart & had to tape it together. But I love it, one of the first pieces of art i got when i started collecting. I love the frame on yours, its beautiful❤ Lol..i cut my greenery all the time 🤷♀️ The harvest table really is super cute! Love the platter🦃 The top if the cabinet looks really pretty! Sara, you were talking abut the drop off in the back of the white cabinet... James or Cody might be able to cut you a piece with a modified triangle board, "like a cutting board thickness" and paint t white just to sit on top so you don't have the drop of, plus you have a little extra decor space up there.... I love it placed in the corner not just flat against the wall

Sara, you were talking abut the drop off in the back of the white cabinet... James or Cody might be able to cut you a piece with a modified triangle board, "like a cutting board thickness" and paint t white just to sit on top so you don't have the drop of, plus you have a little extra decor space up there.... I love it placed in the corner not just flat against the wall

Good morning, Sarah. I've started decorating last weekend. Last year, I decided to do muted tones that go with my everyday decor. I ❤️ everything you've done. I think on the lower shelf of the tv stand, it needs a little color, maybe with a pumpkin? I'm just saying. When your eye gets to that shelf, it stops. I say this with ❤. MrsH

I do very little fall decorating. A fall wreath on our back door and a few fall touches in my dining room and on in my coffee table. I usually decorate the last week September
