- Louis worked very hard to make sure that his files were not included in the deal with Sean Cahill, however, Mike suggests Harvey and Jessica use these files as leverage to show that Cahill was harassing the firm. Harvey agrees to turn over all the documents, including those involving Forstman.
At this point, isn't it obvious that Louis did something wrong? Would you like to see how Mike find out?

He found out by remembering why Louis had such weird reactions to Mike telling him "only the files between me and Harvey" and "all the files on the takeover (Gilles industries takeover collusion suit that Sean Cahill brought upon them when he caught them together having dinner after Rachel passed out in law school)"
By noticing his exceptional reactions whenever the case was referred to.
Whatever he (Louis) feels or thinks or is tensed about is all over his face....

Just finished the final season. I was reminded why I loved the show and also why I hated it at times. The formula for every episode was always the lawyers doing stuff w/o consulting their partners and then having to clean up the messes they made that all could’ve easily been avoided if they had just shared their plans w/ anyone before acting. Wash, rinse, repeat

I love Suits, but Jesus Christ they lean on WAY too many ridiculous tropes to advance the plot and create false tension. In this case, the falsified document that they use to pressure Cahill into dropping his request for files. They use this in probably 10 or 15 episodes through the 9 seasons. Attorneys cannot just conjure fake documents because even if they are unverified in the moment, if anything they would request a full day's continuance, check the veracity of said files, and then make appropriate motions/requests. Harvey and Mike are committing fraud by forging documents to give false evidentiary support to induce an attorney to give them what they want. This is not occurring during the actual court session, it's before the judge has entered the room, but still unethical practice. What's funny is that Harvey even asks for verification after Cahill drops his bomb on them, but Harvey does this ALL of the time.
In this case if I understand the situation they are creating a fake version of a document they know exists and one which they know Cahill would know about too. So Cahill has no reason to assume the document isn't real and as we saw, he had a backup plan anyway. So he would have no need to delay proceedings since what he wants s their files and he has a way to get them that day regardless of their forged document.
it's not a documentary, the story the comedian tells on stage was constructed for humor and the magician does not do real magic.

Sean Cahill is great, he wasn’t a bad guy, he bend the rules but he did what was right and he truly believed Mike and Harvey was doing something illegally, I mean he was right though, but for something entirely different 😂

As one as gifted as Mike is and in a situation as volatile as he was in and working with the best of the best, i never understood why he was not prepped for such a thing. They should have had a t least one conversation what it means to graduate from Harvard. Harvey should have know everything that is there and Mike could have prepared everything. Would have been more believable if someone slipped at some point than this.
@@joelquinn5347 Harvey told him in the pilot episode, at the interview, after he told him that he was going to e mail the form to tell them that he found his new associate. He told Mike to get his axx on the plane to Boston, to Harvard to learn all their is to know.
Ngl the wondertwins line had me weak…the actor who plays Sean Cahill does a great job…one of the few opponents I didn’t hate.

I swear this family needs to get done. Grandma Faye would not want to miss this. If only she was a Fly on the wall in that Court. Uncle Sean thinks he is always one step ahead. Hope more fun names can happen. The fact that Louis knows that Harvey is his brother Louis is willing to go to war for his whole family. Things always get better when Louis steps in.
I want to Unsub this channel. Ive watched suits 3 times and every time I watch one of these clips I feel like watching again. I am emotionally attached to suits and I feel sad its finished but its getting better now and I hope in future I can just enjoy the Brilliant series Suits was.

@@xtehmoonlight7400 I mean the size and eliteness of Pearson Specter is unreal. Any firm in New York which is that great is bound to be an international firm with branches all over the world. And yet, they have only one office. Their quality is apparently of a top tier firm but their size is that of a third tier firm.
