@@mikeno62 Is it as simple as turning the large screw in the lens mount? If so, which screw driver size would you recommend? Its a flat screw isn't it? Thank you from Toronto, Canada!
Hey Mike, your videos really are the best! I love watching them. Is there any chance you can make a video about adjusting the vertical (and maybe also horizontal) alignment of an Olympus Rangefinder? A lot of people on ~the internet~ seem to have a problem with it. I have an Olympus 35 SP. Cheers!!
Hello and congratulations for the videos you make. I have a Leica M6 TTL and I have been struggling to rewind the film for some time now. The crank works well for about a third of the winding but then becomes really hard, as if the release mechanism at a certain point doesn't work well and honestly I'm afraid of breaking it sooner or later... How could I fix this problem?
So in theory, you don't need to remove the whole top cover to adjust the calibration of the vertical alignment for the M6? Correct? Thanks for this video BTW.
Thats correct, you will need a double side very sticky tape to put on the red "Leica" dot on the front of the top cover, and then with a light pressure GENTLY twist the "Leica" dot, and it should hopefully come loose. And then you will see a hole with the adjustment part. (Hope it makes sense)
@@mikeno62 Got it. I found someone online who explains the use of the tool. The tool point acts as the fulcrum to push a horizontal U-shaped piece up or down for the vertical movement of what I am guessing as the prism.
Hi there sir @mikeno62 im from indonesia, i wonder is it possible to replace dead internal battery on leica x1 without sending it to leica? Because i seem cant found anywhere about internal battery replacement for leica x1, Is it microlithium? Thanks for answer
Fantastic video. Thank you for taking the time to do this.
Amazing video thank you... I can't seem to find horizontal adjustment tutorial sadly. Any suggestions?
Thank's, I'm working on a video about the horizontal adjustment, it will come out sooner.
@@mikeno62 Patiently awaiting! I hope its a little bit easier than vertical...
