Fittest woman in the United States Haley Adams will advance to Semifinals after finishing in 15th place on the North America leaderboard in the Individual Quarterfinal.
Adams placed third worldwide in the Open - her highest placement as an individual - and is preparing for her seventh consecutive appearance at the CrossFit Games.
Watch Adams take on the Quarterfinal workouts with the help of coach Tasia Percevecz.

I think Kara Saunders must be natural. She was breast feeding up until last years games and sadly covid knocked her out. I really want to see a change at the top this year.

Her “coach” needs to start by fixing her muscle imbalances and kinetic chain deviations (namely, the severe knee valgus and bilateral foot pronation) before she ends up like Brooke Wells…
