How do you get motivated to make such a video? Obscure, unremarkable composer. And I notice that you have a tendency to make these videos. Why not Schubert or Mozart, etc.?

I uploaded so far 131 Mozart, 36 Schubert, 43 Beethoven, 121 Bach, Brahms 22, Tchaikovsky 20, Liszt 15, Villa Lobos 22, and so on and on. If you stick around you will see a lot of Tchaikovsky in the future. I always upload Mozart in between things. It would be impossible for you to know all this as my channel accumulated almost 2000 videos. What you think unremarkable and obscure doesn't mean that that is true for another person. These Raff quartets are interesting as when you read about them you get a glimpse of musical life in those days, Raff was during his lifetime as famous as Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Schumann etc. etc. I provide a library from a wide array of composers for a wide array of listeners. That's basically it. Thanks for commenting though!

@@bartjebartmans Υour channel is very much appreciated for the quality of the scores and recordings you post on a regular basis. It's truly a bonus to get to discover and listen to lost composers of the past. This quartet has a lot of beautiful, lyrical moments in it, great composition. Thanks Bartje!

There are tons of channels that upload Mozart, Schubert, Beethoven, etc. This is one of the rare and special channels that showcases lesser-known works that have been regretfully lost. I am very glad to discover new music here, having played plenty of the more famous composers' music.
