My wife and I have stayed there several times. It is very convenient to the Seoul Train Station with direct underground connection as you indicated. Also convenient to us since our nephew's apartment is right next door.
However, for extended stays in Seoul we prefer the Four Points Sheraton Josun on Euljiro near Myeongdong. Easy access (directly in front of lobby) to subway Line #2 (Circle Line). Also convenient since the Incheon Airport Limousine Bus has a stop right in front of the hotel.
