Mine absorbed an entire can of Huberd’s shoe grease and half a bottle of shoe oil. Also 3/4 of a sno-seal can. It will be absolutely waterproof

I have the deer hunter hat as well, and it is an excellent hat. The jackets look great too, I just haven't got one yet lol. Thanks for showing!

They go well together. And the hat has been wearing very well considering some of the conditions I've put it through.

I noticed that you said your coat is a Medium . I bet you usually wear large by your appearance and I bought an Outback coat like yours in Large and its just too big so I recommend going a size down .

I normally wear a medium. It depends on the coat. I have thier brant jacket and it's not a loose fit/cut. It's like a slim fit that if you needed to wear any kind of this fleece mid layer you'd want to size up

@@procaliberhq I have the Outback Gidley and it is too big and I see you are about my size so I am going to exchange it for a medium before its too late. I bought two of Outbacks Arkansas shirt coats in Medium and they are still a little big but that's fine. I read a bunch of reviews and a lot of people said their stuff runs large

@johnjames77 yeah it's most likely so you can easily layer clothing underneath. I'm 5 10, and 150lb if that helps for reference

@@procaliberhq I am 5' 9 and 160 and was thinking the same thing with the large Outback Gidley but without the snaps on the sleeves on the tightest setting just my fingers were sticking out . I was hopping that you would show yourself so I could see how big you are and how the medium fit and when you put the coat on and I saw the length of the sleeves I got a return label so I could exchange it for a medium. Thanks for the perfect video !!! This conversation may help others new customers make a more educated size choice for Outback clothing.
