which sounds better - HIFI[FLAC] or HI-RES?
i also dont know if investing the money is reall good and i will be benefit from it
i have SONOS play 5 1gen so the tech isnt the newest..

What do you mean HIFI vs. HI-RES? The video is about CD quality vs. Hi-Res.
If that's what you mean, then I thought I made it very clear: There are technical differences between CD quality and Hi-Res, but there are no audible differences between them, unless it's perhaps a hyper, hyper specific recording. Buying more expensive or newer equipment won't change that.
