Jigen stomped both Naruto and Sasuke but Boruto beat the guy who's stronger than Jigen and to add that he said he can kill him easily implies that Boruto strength far exceeds Jigens and Jigen was close to Isshiki so I'd assume from this point that Boruto is probably the strongest or near the top with Isshiki and Daemon.
