Beakhyun is most thoughtful , best leader coz he keeps his lil ones pressure free and relaxed. But he is actually very attentive about their projects, taking care of his 6 kids but spoil them from time to time❤️ He is ace of k-pop.
He really is such a good leader! He always notices his members little nuances when they feel a certain way! He is the ace!

Baekhyun as leader... still genius. Always a genius and he knew the perfect way to build relationships in a new group. The members are all pros with years of experience in their own groups so their needs as a new group are different. Baekhyun makes things fun and relaxed and he also keep that brilliant brain of his always on the look out for when someone is stressed or hasn't had a turn to speak or anything else that needs his attention... (The way he looks after Lucas, praises Ten, teases the heck out of Mark and makes sure Taeyong is laughing, you can tell he really cares about them. Really, all the hyungs in SuperM, Kai and Taemin and Baekhyun, really worked hard to make everyone comfortable and feel close. )
As Taeyong once said, sometimes Baekhyun is just possessed by the spirit of entertainment. And then he goes home and stays quietly by himself for three days and just hibernates with his video games. Classic introvert behaviour ;)
