Not to mention Poatan had Jiri Full mounted ready to drop bombs. Even Jiri said he was out and Goddard saw him go limp and stopped the fight. That’s on the ref, Alex did his job 💯☝️🤔

They both come from lineages with pretty deep roots in warrior culture, so I can see where Jiri would place a fair amount of significance on those rituals. It's probably more about getting into a certain mental space than anything else. Mind over matter and the placebo effect are definitely real things that can have an impact.

Unfortunately, Jiri is in the wrong here. Alex has tapped into something which every single human being can have access to. Jiri included. There are many different religions and you can call any of that cheating unless there’s actual drugs being taken or something being done to physically improve their performance which can’t be proven and is ridiculous imo. Even if someone practices voodoo before a fight you can’t say it’s cheating it’s their right to religious practice and again if that’s the case then anyone who prayed to God for a victory before a fight should be seen as cheating too if you consider what Alex does as cheating and that again is ridiculous to claim and lastly where the fuck is Jiri getting this info and where is his proof?
