Was badly struggling to remove my upper denture which I just got. Saw this video and removed it without difficulty. I am amazed by how helpful this simple video was when I needed guidance at around midnight. A heartfelt thankyou.

Warm water works well
I love fixodent ultra max. Always giving it away on my denture channel!!!! Such a strong hold
I am not being funny, but Fixodent fixative is insane! I am new to dentures, and I struggle to get my upper dentures out of my mouth, this fixative is that strong. I only use three small spots one on each side, and one in the middle, and the seal is unbelievable. The only thing stronger that Fixodent, is no more nails!
Lol now I know what to use when I order that steak

I wish my dentist had told me about how to remove the upper this way!
Actually my dentist says take the 2 fingers grab from the back side releases the suction and for new denture wearers keeps from rubbing sore spots worked for me still do it
Thank you.....very helpful.....got immediate s yesterday went back today he removed......PAIN.....bad......just one place.....so kind of anxious about having to take them out tonight.....he took them out with finger on each side and pull down from there?????? All i knows......it hurt

Don’t use this method to remove adhesive using a brush takes very long and you risk scratching the roof of your mouth. Use dry wash clothes and wipe the adhesive off. Much easier and gentle on gums and roof of mouth

I could have been the one writing that. Just got a full upper with no instructions. But their lab did a great job.
Brilliant...at last able to remove my bottom denture w implants!!!!!
I had a simple bridge consisting of 3 teeth.
Which served me well for 20 years with no problems whatsoever. Due to financial constraints my only option was dentures to replace the now broken bridge. If I ever get my hands the guy who invented dentures. And sold them as a clever idea, he's going to need a full new set himself
The best way I have found is use DRY paper towels or kliness waded into a ball, NOT ROLLED but waded so it has a lot of creases and crevises and kinda use a rolling motion with it up in the roof of my mouth.
Pinch hold what I can between Paper and it helps get it the sticky plastic glue off the roof of my mouth and my gums.
I also found that drinking really cold water or rincing with real cold water seems to make the glue a little firmer/ harder and it mdoesnt streatch as much when trying to remove it.
Hot water seems to make the glue streatch more and harder to get off for me.
I found the dryer the paper is that I use the better it works rolling against the sticky stuff the better it sticks to the paper towel or napkin etc.
It does take a few times and a few towels/ pieces of paper towls not the whole sheet but maybe about 1/4 to 1/2 a sheet at a time.to get it but its the best way I have found.

I just had mine extracted on Wednesday I cried the whole time trying to get the upper denture out. I didn’t have a clue how to get them out.
I have lower Denture and I also have Fixedent on them and they are stuck

The loud music is distracting
I don't understand how people say warm water will get them out ,So you must not be able to drink tea or coffee 😳
Sorry for the late reply but you swish the warm water around in your mouth so it gets behind the dentures and loosens them, as for tea and coffee they are safe to drink
This video did not help. Swishing for a few minutes with vodka neutralized the fixodent enough to get the denture out
Brilliant! That's killing two birds with one stone. Nothing goes to waste.
