I don't know how I missed this one
I just put the same Legacy seat in Wednesday and it’s comfortable but only problem is that it’s closer to the steering wheel. I would like it to slide back another 6-8 inches at least. Is there some kind of adapter plate available for that?

Is seat still good and comfortable? Would you recommend it? I may buy same seat for my Columbia, it looks like that model is best value for money, also I think car detail shops could deep wash it once par year.

What model is that seat? How much it cost?
It Is a Legacy HD. I got it at a Freightliner dealer on sale for $840. If you search around a bit you may find it cheaper. I still am happy with it. A word of caution, due to the HD suspension under it...it is quite heavy. you will likely need help lifting it into the truck. But to me it was a huge improvement over my stock seat. Everyone has different preferences though, some prefer leather etc... I'm happy with this one, you can certainly go much fancier. Thanks!

Many people will just buy new cushions but one word of caution. If you never maintain your seat there is no point to new cushions. Ok maintain your seat. What the heck am I talking about. Most seats have two grease fittings on the base pivot shaft. If that's not greased regularly you will wear the bushings out
yep, good advice. huge difference in the suspension on this new seat vs the old one.
