@lungile Adam's, maybe a I watched a different interview. This women is calling spade a spade. Never defended corruption at all. She buried the ANC who is leading the crusade of corruption which started many years ago. It is straight fair point to state some of these things don't need commissions to address. That hits on CR who leads his government by commissions. When she hits on the Mkhwebane enquiry, it's spot on to say this matter should have not gone for this long. The biggest beneficiary is the Mkhwebane defense attorneys and that's a fair comment. I can not find a single narrative that defends corruption here. Can you point it out somewhere hidden or missed?

I've listened to Asanda talking about Mkhwebane many times. She (Asanda) uses grade 6 analysis of Mkhwebane's work/legal battles. For example...
Asanda once said in an interview with Abongile on uMhlobo Wenene that, "Mkhwebane is chasing Ramaphosa". Today, she implies that Mkhwebane is making "delaying tactics". And that ADV. Mpofu is milking the state processes. I've never heard her talking like this about caucasian lawyers or European looking ones. President Zuma was accused of "delaying tactics" and never even once have we heard Asanda saying Michael Hulley is milking the State. And the lawyer (Michael Hulley) was once Zumas official legal adviser in government. You know...
Asanda is making sweeping statements about peoples names. I will try to explain to her once, how these processes work. Like this...
As South Africans, we know that complaints against cabinet members and the president were launched by MPs (i.e. Musi former leader DA). The PP in our context in South Africa, cannot start a case against any one with out a complainant who initiates it.
The PP has explained to every one that she never goes to court voluntarily. She is forced to always take that route, either because she is the one taken to court (respondent), or she has to force the implimentation of her report and to ask parliament to conduct itselfs in a constitutionaly and legal manner. Truth be told, Mkhwebane is never listened to by the MPs in the rulling party. In fact, all our PPs have had the same ordeal under the ANC lead government. Then, Mkhwebane has no other choice but to take the matter to court, in order for the court to protect her human and legal rights. This is where and when you see legally trained people like ADV. Mpofu come in. We know as South Africans, the advocate like all legal minds, never go out to ask people to start a case against this one or that one. I have one ask to make to you Asanda...?
