"Heating and air conditioning is a young man's sport " I like that saying. Wisely said. Doing it all is hard.

Ive been using subs for some time now to suppliment my abilities. These are people who I trust and have liability insurance. This has helped me during the slow times control my cash flow.

Very interesting video. You just spoke up the things that I was thinking about for 2-3 months now. I do run one guy business and yes, I am not taking new customers for almost 2 years and I've started to tell my customers that are 40 or more mins driving away from me that most likely I will not be able to help them right away as it was previously. Was trying to hire people continuously for a year, year and a half... Didn't work out.

Competition with bigger companies cost is easy where I’m at. They sell systems for 15k where I do it for 7-8.

Because, the only reason they are selling those 15k jobs is because of financing.
