One thing that really gets to me, is when one of these overwhelmingly brave, admirable men say, I'm sorry for crying. Or sorry for anything. That really gets to me. I always say in return, Sir.. you did *NOTHING* to be sorry for! I'm glad in doing these interviews, these men can maybe get some kind of relief in their hearts and minds. God knows they deserve it. They deserve the world for what they went through, what they are still going through, and what they accomplished.
Seeing and hearing what those Men and Women did for us and what they had to witness and endure is so sad yet so amazing. Thank you all...we love You all and respect Yall
@kevin lawrence Omaha was American blood. Edit: I understand Canadian and British blood was spilled on this day but Omaha beach was 100% U.S. armed forces
@@chrisweaver7147 why would you even point that out..how tacky...allied blood was spilled on D day.....I'm sure the blood of all of those that died in the water eventually washed up on all the beaches if you want to get that nitpicky.

You went into the Belly of the Beast. And then cut your way out. Respect.
The star of David in the sun is so ironic at 3:33
