Waking up at 5 am, finishing morning tasks like freshen up, bath, prayer , cooking, and starting work by 6 am seem different from your earlier descriptions. In your last vlogs, we observed you managing house chores, cooking, and attending to children until 9 or 9:30 am. However, today's video suggests you can complete all cooking and morning routine tasks from 5 to 6 am. Can you clarify? Just for context, for us, preparing only Indian meal for a family of 4 typically takes at least 1.5 hours.
I'm asking this because you're an influencer, and people might try to follow your routine. The way you presented today's vlog doesn't seem genuine. If people try it and don't see the same results, it could be demotivating. Can you share more details or clarify?
Yes my dear as pervious routine were different and working hours were different too. If you will see my couple of weeks ago vlog NEW 5am morning routine, I mentioned about the same. Now I get more time with kids, husband and with myself too. After a year of working, finally I am in best routine where things are smooth. But yeah I compromised on few things like my morning meditation, yoga & stretching but I did not skip them..I do in evening with lil bit more time and so happy about this change. Now lets come to the point, how I manage all things in 1 hour..first most important..I dont pick phone. Second I plan meals ahead and do preps. Like today Rajma was soaked, gravy was in freezer..I just need to do bit tadka & Rajma is done. Same goes with any daal. Third, On work day I choose simple meals which are easy to cook..no tam jham. Same goes with lunchbox for my daughter..most of the time what I pack for her we consume same for breakfast. Further I cook only dal & sabji in morning..full meal contains rice, salad, raita, roti which I cook on mealtime unless if there is a paratha in breakfast, then I make 2-3 rotis for lunch at the same time. It takes time to set a routine but once you are in..it is your habit and you will never be disappoint. It is very much achievable in 1 hour. Shower will be like - pour water, put soap, wash off and come out. Dont comb hair....so u know tiny tiny things...ab kya kya likhu..hope it wil clear some doubts. It is simple MS office & formulas. Not sure about Botany Stream but you can check projects on uni's website. They publish there.

SATS is Standard Assessment Test. last year of KS1 & last year of KS2 mai ye exam hota hai. Advi ne KS1 ka nhi dia tha coz 2020 covid time mai sab cancel ho gya tha. Now she is in year 6 so ye exam hoga. National curriculum ka part hai..nothing extra. Activities to bahut hai..depend ki baccha kya karna chahta hai. Advi is doing horse riding, writing club & ice skating.
